Each patient journey is a unique process that goes through 3 main stages: consultation, treatment and aftercare. Each phase has equal value, both to us and the patient. We apply just as much care and consideration at the start of your journey, as we do at the end. The quality and continuity of our service enables patients to build trusting relationships with familiar practitioners – and is why our patients return time and time again.

One To One
Consultation
Your personal consultation will be undertaken by one of our trained doctors, therapists or clinicians. This is a private session between you and the practitioner, and gives the opportunity for us to really get to know you as a person, as well as a patient. Here, you can discuss your concerns and what you want to achieve by having a treatment.
Our team is caring and compassionate, and our holistic approach means we can identify both your physical and your emotional needs. As a clinic that takes pride in producing bespoke results, we recognise that a ‘cookie-cutter’ approach to providing a soluti on is not effective practice. Therefore when suggesting which treatment is right for you, we ensure a tailored plan is put in place. There are a number of factors we consider when making this plan, including: your concerns, expected outcome, general health, medical history and allergy risk.
It is important to us that as a patient, you have realistic expectations regarding your results. It is our duty to ensure you are provided with enough information to ensure you’re completely aware of how you’ll look when your journey is complete.

Before Your
Treatments
When you arrive at the clinic, you’ll be taken through to a peaceful waiting area, where you can take some time to relax before the treatment begins. We’ll need to have written consent before the procedure goes ahead, and we’ll only begin when you’re ready to proceed.
We have carefully planned the interior of our treatment rooms, ensuring that along with innovation, comfort also comes as standard. Cutting edge equipment enables our aesthetic artists to produce outstanding results, whilst you feel totally rested and at ease. It is customary for our clinicians to ensure they talk through every step of the treatment so you’re aware of the entire process as it occurs. We may take a set of before and after photos with your consent, which will (along with all other information) be kept in the strictest of confidence.

Tailored
Aftercare
The very moment the treatment ends, the aftercare process begins. You can leave the clinic when you feel ready to do so, but not before we have provided appropriate aftercare advice. This will be discussed at the consultation, and reiterated on the day of treatment. We may give verbal guidance, a leaflet to take home or a combination of both. We will ensure you ‘re aware of what to expect to happen in terms of possible side effects, as well as when it is advisable to resume normal daily activities.This advice is to help produce the best possible outcome, and to reduce the risk of developing complications – which are uncommon. Within a few days of the treatment, one of our team will make a follow up call to ensure you are well and the results are developing successfully. It is important to us that you’ve had a positive and fulfilling experience, and only when you are 100% happy, are we happy too.
