WHAT IS BRA FAT?

Small pockets of fat bulge out from the outer edges of the bra or strappy clothing, which is often noticeable to others. This can cause an aesthetic concern to the affected person as it gives the perception that a person is out of shape. Bra fat doesn’t have to mean that a person is overweight as it is a common concern which can develop on many people, even those of a slimmer build. 

WHAT CAUSES BRA FAT?

In some cases bra fat is the result of excess fat stored in this region of the body, from having gained weight. Weight gain often occurs when a person regularly consumes more calories than the body needs to function, which then gets stored as fat.
