Love Handles
Love handles appear as pinchable pockets of fat at each side of the waist.
WHAT ARE LOVE HANDLES?
For many people the amount of excess fat that can be ‘pinched’ is more than one would like, and in the case of love handles, hangs over the top of clothing. It is commonly felt that this concern affects the slim body shape that one desires, which can also lead to a lack of self-confidence.
