WHAT IS STUBBORN FAT?

It is determined by its reluctance to reduce, despite the efforts of a healthy lifestyle. Stubborn fat commonly appears on the stomach, back, thighs, upper arms, knees, buttocks and under the chin. It usually appears as a small, isolated deposit that a person is able to pinch and causes a disruption to the body’s smooth curves. Stubborn fat can be very frustrating which causes the affected person an aesthetic concern, especially when wanting to wear fitted clothing or swimwear.

WHAT CAUSES STUBBORN FAT?

The main cause of stubborn fat is excess fatty tissue in an area beneath the skin – known as subcutaneous fat.
