HydraFacial – the ultimate facial for all your skin concerns

If you are searching for the best facial treatment that can be customised to different skin types, skin tones and skin concerns, then you are in the right place with HydraFacial treatment.

Unlike other facials that can be too harsh for the skin and cause irritation, the HydraFacial is gentle on the skin while still providing great results. In fact, in just one treatment, you will start to see skin that is glowing, healthy and more radiant than before.

The HydraFacial treatment works by using a six-step skin care process that includes a deep cleanse of the skin to remove dead skin cells and reveal new and healthy skin underneath. The treatment also includes LED light therapy, a safer alternative to laser treatment that can reduce inflammation and boost collagen production in the skin.

What are the benefits of HydraFacial for the skin?

HydraFacial is a non-invasive treatment that works wonders on your skin without having any downtime. Apart from some mild redness after your treatment (which goes down within 72 hours), you go back to your normal routine straight away.

You should consider HydraFacial treatment if you want:

  •       Improve the tone and texture of your skin
  •       Reduce enlarged pores and oily skin
  •       Minimise acne scarring or other types of scars
  •       Hydrate and improve the health of your skin
  •       Reduce acne
  •       Tackle lines and wrinkles
  •       Achieve firmer-looking skin

HydraFacial is a versatile skin treatment that is great for tackling deeper skin issues, but also for giving your skin a beautiful glow in time for a special event or holiday.

Can I have HydraFacial and laser treatment or dermal fillers at the same time?

The good news about HydraFacial is that it pairs well with other skin treatments. If you are thinking about getting a HydraFacial treatment and laser treatments such as laser hair removal, you will need to wait two weeks between treatments.

A HydraFacial is also a great treatment to help cleanse and prepare the skin for dermal fillers or anti-wrinkle treatment. It can also add to the glow of your skin, as anti-wrinkle injections help to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, while dermal fillers add plumpness and structure to the skin.

You may be able to have both treatments done in one day, but you will need to have the HydraFacial first so that the toxin in the wrinkle treatment can work effectively and the heat from the LED light does not melt the fillers.

How does HydraFacial treatment in Uxbridge work?

Your HydraFacial procedure will follow these six steps:

  1.     Detox – a lymphatic drainage massage that improves blood circulation and increases oxygen in the skin.
  2.     Cleanse – we will deep cleanse your skin using vacuum suction to gently exfoliate your skin and remove dead skin cells.
  3.     Brightening – we use a mix of glycolic acid and salicylic acid to open the pores and draw out any impurities in the skin
  4.     Extraction – uses salicylic acid to remove any extra blackheads or impurities from your skin
  5.     Hydration – this step involves antioxidant infusion into the skin, which also includes hyaluronic acid and peptides. This helps new collagen to form, which reduces lines and wrinkles while plumping the skin.
  6.     Rejuvenation – the final step uses LED light therapy to calm the skin and reduce any redness. This can also encourage further collagen production.

How many treatments of HydraFacial will I need?

You can see your skin start to glow and look more healthy after one treatment. However, if your goal is to improve the health of your skin and reduce lines and wrinkles, scarring or pigmentation, you will need more than one treatment.

We generally advise our patients to have a course of treatments that are spaced 4-6 weeks apart. This will help you to see improvements in your skin issues and achieve optimal results.
